Avana at the Pointe offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes in Classic and Sophisticated versions. Layouts range from 799 to 1,224 square feet, with an unusual one-bedroom option that includes a second half bathroom. Every residence has a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and a private terrace; selected homes have fireplaces.

Four swimming pools and spas are spread through landscaped grounds with benches and fountains. Residents share a clubhouse with Wi-Fi and television, outdoor gas grills and picnic tables, and a package-receiving concierge. The community permits two pets and offers covered parking.
