IMT Desert Ridge has one-bedroom apartments of 650–846 square feet and two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts of 1,019–1,153 square feet. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer. Kitchens have stainless-steel appliances, and homes have walk-in closets. Lease terms range from three to twelve months.

The clubhouse combines a kitchen, billiards and ping pong, while the business center and IMT Café provide separate places to work. A 24-hour fitness center has cardio equipment, free weights, punching bags and strength machines. The pool and spa area includes cabanas, loungers and a fire pit. There are Parcel Pending lockers, a pet park, walking trails and a controlled-access parking garage; reserved spaces, carports and detached garages have separate monthly prices.

Employed applicants provide a current month of paystubs and six consecutive bank statements showing payroll deposits; self-employed applicants provide the prior individual tax return and six bank statements. An employment offer letter or specified Social Security documents are accepted for the circumstances described in the policy.
