Coral Canyon has 69 affordable apartments with two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts. Homes include a washer and dryer, range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A playground and a community room with computers serve residents.

Native American Connections manages the community under income and occupancy restrictions. The rental criteria distinguish voucher applicants from households paying the full rent, and require income and identity documentation. Pets are limited to one dog or two cats, with vaccination and spay/neuter records required.

Pet household: One dog or two cats; spay/neuter and vaccination records required. Exotic pets are prohibited.
Assistance animals: Assistive service animals are handled separately from the pet policy; emotional-support animal documentation is addressed with the leasing advocate.

Lease terms.

Smoking policy: Smoke-free buildings and apartments; some NAC properties provide a designated outdoor smoking area.

Application & insurance.

Income limits: Household income must remain within the applicable tax-credit limits for household and apartment size.
Income requirement without a voucher: Verifiable monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times average monthly rent.
Voucher applicants: Section 8 approval of the apartment rental rate is required for voucher applicants.
Documents: Proof of income and identity, with annual income, asset and student-status verification.
Occupancy limits: Up to five residents in a two-bedroom, seven in a three-bedroom and nine in a four-bedroom home.
Household changes: The criteria prohibit adding an adult over 18 during the first 12 months.
Screening: Credit, rental history and adult background checks apply; prior rental debt can increase the deposit up to 1.5 months of rent.
