Bolero spans studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts on West McDowell Road. Its Aria and Brio designs include one- and two-bathroom options, with published sizes from 483 to 1,060 square feet. Homes include a washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops and walk-in closets; selected layouts offer garden tubs or space for an office nook. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and cable-ready connections round out the interiors.

The Weidner-managed community has three swimming pools, spas and two fitness centers. Residents can use barbecue and picnic areas, cabanas, courtyards, online services and organized social activities. Cats and dogs are welcome with a two-pet household limit and a 50-pound maximum per pet. The pet policy separates a refundable deposit, a nonrefundable fee and monthly pet rent for each animal.
