Avilla Vista Norte

I moved to Avilla Vista Norte in February after relocating to Arizona from out of state, and overall I’m very happy to call it home. There were a few initial move-in hiccups, but they were resolved quickly, and I appreciated the effort to make everything right. I love the quiet location, beautiful views, great neighbors, ranch-style home, privacy, and having a small backyard for my dog. Brandon has been wonderful to work with as property manager—he listens, is receptive to feedback and recommendations, and genuinely cares about improving the community. Maintenance is also 5 stars—responsive, hardworking, and always willing to help. No place is perfect. I also really appreciate how management listened and responded after a dog-related incident I experienced. As a dog-friendly community, I think additional onsite security and cameras would be great enhancements for everyone’s safety and peace of mind. The only other thing on my wish list would be an onsite gym! Adding a fitness center along with additional security would make an already beautiful community even better. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and appreciate the improvements I’ve seen. I’m happy I chose Avilla Vista Norte as my Arizona home!

Angel has been very friendly and prompt at helping me. He seems to always be anxious to help each of us. I have talked to my neighbors and we are all very found of Angel. He just seems to want to make sure we are all happy with our little house. So glad he is nice and polite to me. My neighbors say he is to them too. He makes each one of us feel like he will take care of us the best. Thank you for having him in our place. Sometimes he has to show me how to place my order. Thank you Angel.

Brandon in the front office is so nice, thorough and patient. He’s made the move in process a breeze. The community is cozy with clean and beautiful amenities. We downsized to a 1 bedroom when we moved here because we’re empty nesters but it’s the perfect size for us and the back yard area is wonderful for us and our dog. 10 stars! Highly recommend.

I just wanted to get on here real quick to say thank you to our maintenance men! Angel and Dean have gone above and beyond since day one. I have been living here since the unit became available. And anytime we run into any issues they are quick to respond and provide solutions! We appreciate you!

Maintenance has always been great they always come to do the work I want them to complete. They’re always really nice to the residents around and even the pets. They’re always easy to talk to and lend a helping hand when needed. They always do such a great job for Avilla and are an amazing example for other locations
