All the google reviews are fake...Don't move in 3101 the ac is broken and they won't fix it. All they did was replace the motor but it's still 90 in the apartment all day and the ac does not turn off. Put in a work order and all they do is go in and say it's blowing cold air so it's not broken. We have a 5 month old and we haven't even been able to stay in the apartment for the past 3 weeks. Just don't move here at all. Oh and it also took them 3 months to install a washing machine they ordered for me but then gave to someone else and had to reorder it again. Only because I called and asked about it multiple times. Dont waste your money here. And building 24 has roaches BTW so I dont think you wanna deal with that either. The list can go on...

I absolutely love the service I received from Misty! She is an incredible person! It was such a pleasure working with her! She helped me so much—she listened to all my questions and answered them so kindly! She is incredibly patient! I am absolutely delighted! We are so grateful to Misty for her help!

I had a great experience in my unit in building 20. Friends in other units said they had troubles, but I had no serious problems. Maintenance is unbelievably fast and professional. This complex has the best maintenance I ever have encountered. They are extremely responsive to concerns. My unit was palatial and, given its size and location, reasonably-priced. I heartily recommend Bela Rosa. I was sorry to leave it.

Don’t do it. The office staff does not care about the security and safety of their tenants. They are just after your rent money. I’ve let them know for months about an air conditioning problem I had in my daughter’s room. Her room is pretty much inhabitable bc of the heat. The response was that it was ok because I had a ceiling fan in that room. I also brought to their attention the smell of gas in my laundry room. They never even responded. I had to go to the office to get someone to come check. The result, my dryer had a gas leak! I also let the know that the pool gate never locked and that building and gym were pretty much open 24hrs a day and they let it go for weeks! Save yourself time and energy and don’t compromise your safety and look somewhere else.

I have been in Bela Rosa Apartments for 3 months. There are a few things I really love about this place. 1. Gas Appliances- I love cooking on the gas stove and gas is more economical than electric 2. Maintenance- I haven't needed much, a few can lights, minor electrical, and air filters changed but the ease of making a request online and the quick response for the maintenance staff has always been great. 3. Gardeners- Even though they get started early, this place is really kept up well for the lawn is always green and cut and the bushes are all kept trimmed. I would recommend Bela Rosa Apartments to anyone looking to live in a well maintained and quiet community.
