This place is so pretty and has nice units, I enjoy the pool and the community! The ladies at the front office are very kind and understanding, great place to live!

We have lived here for a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. Shantell and the maintenance team have done an excellent job. Any time there has been a maintenance issue or concern, it has been handled in a timely manner. Shantell runs the property very well, is always responsive, and has been great to work with. The community is quiet, feels safe, and any issues are typically addressed quickly. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care from the team.

My fiance and I have really enjoyed living in our new home! It’s quiet, it’s safe, and our townhome is in GREAT condition. Love the layout, especially our two large bedrooms and the office space upstairs!

As someone who is looking to move to their area and your, scheduling a tour was a nightmare. Since this property is much further north than all the other properties I looked at, I wanted to utilize the self tour option. However the 3rd party they use would not work with my phone. I called support and never heard back. I texted in on a Thursday and they told me someone at the community would reach out soon. No one did. I texted in again and they apologized and said some would reach out to me, and no one did. I texted in a 3rd time and same deal. I was ready to give up because if they don't reach out to fill a vacant unit, then how will they be once I move in? I fit in a guided tour I scheculed MYSELF (I still never heard back from the text in option) and I really like 1 floor plan, but as of right now it's not available for my move in date. If they use a 3rd party for their texting feature, they should find someone else. They should also switch to Rently for their self guided tour as that one always works without issue. With this experience prior to move it... Is it worth the risk to move there? Is this the red flag?

Amavi Aster Ridge is a peaceful calm community. The home I’m in is the model with a balcony and a master down stairs. The layout works wonderful for myself. I feel my animals have enough space with the backyard. The amenities for the community are great. Maintenance and management are wonderful to residence. The pool is sparkling clean not to mention also heated. The environment as a whole is inviting, and warm. Quiet neighborhood which is great. You have neighbors walking their animals, kids playing outside, which is super inviting for families wanting to have a great environment for their kids. No loud noises, which makes for a peaceful living environment for all. Even though I’ve had some issues with my townhome, the maintenance team has always been on-top of it. With any property, it’s expected to have times where things break or don’t work properly. Nothing can be perfect, what can be perfect though is the way management and maintenance work together to resolve the issues that do arise and I have to say that they’ve always made sure to accommodate or resolve the issues ASAP. When I had issues with the AI system, I brought it to their attention, and that’s really all you can do for something to be adjusted better for the community. I think often times when people don’t get their way, and things aren’t resolved as quickly reviews are based upon heightened feelings rather than factual information. When I lost my mother, they were more than willing to help me figure out what was needed to make my situation better while living here, as well as accommodating me for additional needs and help. My home is beautiful, safe, spacious, and a great place for myself and my animals. Definitely worth checking the community out to see if this community offers something that will make you want to call it home.
