Alta Dove Valley

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alta Dove Valley is truly one of the best communities I've had the pleasure of experiencing. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that the team genuinely cares—not just about the property, but about the people who call it home. Justin, the Property Manager, goes above and beyond in every way. His leadership, professionalism, and kindness set the tone for the entire community. He leads with integrity, treats everyone with respect, and is always willing to step in to help however he can. It's rare to find someone who cares so deeply about both the residents and his team. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and committed to creating an exceptional experience. Every interaction is met with warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to help. The community is beautifully maintained, responsive, and full of positive energy because of the incredible people behind it. If you're looking for a place where outstanding service, genuine care, and an amazing team come together, Alta Dove Valley is the place. Thank you, Justin and the entire team, for setting such a high standard and making everyone feel at home.

Major flooding caused me to have to move units four days into my lease. New unit had a "HVAC leak" (also no fault of my own) which caused water beneath the flooring that has never been properly repaired despite notices. Management has been entirely unhelpful although these incidents were not caused by my actions. The flooding of two different units in less than two months should be your sign to look elsewhere.

This is a review of our experience touring and applying to rent at Alta Dove Valley with Jordan. We ultimately did not move in due to finding something that met our needs better with two large dogs (backyard and a large dog park), however, Jordan was extremely friendly and helpful; even giving us two tours of the apartment. The apartment complex is brand new and extremely nice with plenty of amenities and secure resident parking. The 3 bedroom we toured had an extremely large kitchen/island and 3 bathrooms. I've never seen either in an apartment before. The proximity to Fry's and the car wash is a plus as well. If it weren't for the dogs Alta would have been our top choice of the multiple apartment complexes we toured. If you're interested in living at Alta, I'd ask for Jordan. Thanks Jordan!

Justin, the community manager, gave me a tour of the apartment complex and was super friendly and patient throughout. He showed me around 3–4 different units, which really helped me get a good feel for the place. The community itself is great, with really nice amenities—definitely one of the best options in North Phoenix.

Just moved in and honestly the whole experience has been awesome. I was on the fence between a few different apartment communities, but the management team and staff here are what ultimately made my decision. Everyone has been super helpful, responsive, welcoming, and just genuinely easy to work with from the beginning. Huge shoutout to Justin, Jordan, and Annalise — they’ve all been amazing throughout the process and made everything feel way less stressful than moving usually is. Being one of the first residents, I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but they’ve been great anytime I’ve had questions or needed help with something. You can tell there are good people working here who actually care. The property/amenities/location is incredible, the whole process was smooth, and I’m really happy with my decision to move here.
