Each apartment includes stainless-steel kitchen appliances, granite counters and a full-size washer and dryer in a personal laundry room with storage shelving. Patios or balconies add outdoor space.

The community has a pool and hot tub, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a playground and a dog park with a washing station. One assigned covered parking space comes with each apartment; EV charging, guest spaces and rentable garages provide additional options. Community amenities are accessible at ground level, and the property has no elevators.
