Acclaim Apartment Homes

My experience at Acclaim Apartment Homes was extremely disappointing. Considering how expensive the rent is, the condition of the property and the level of management are unacceptable. The grassy areas are often covered in dog waste, trash is left around the property for long periods of time, and the smell can be terrible. There are also a lot of cockroaches around the complex. The pool was frequently out of service, and the hot tub seemed to be broken most of the time. One of the biggest issues was the constant noise from the upstairs neighbors. From the beginning, we specifically requested a quiet apartment. When the noise became unbearable, we submitted multiple complaints, sent emails, and even had to call the police. Despite all of that, the leasing office failed to take effective action or resolve the issue. When it came time to move out, the management was equally unhelpful. They were unwilling to work with us on a reasonable request, even though approving it would not have negatively impacted them. Throughout our time there, it often felt like any question or concern was treated as an inconvenience rather than something they were responsible for addressing. Another concern is the number of homeless individuals frequently around the property, which may be something future residents should be aware of. Overall, this community did not deliver the quality, cleanliness, or customer service that you would expect for the price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Acclaim Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live.

I lived at this apartment community for 7 years, and it truly felt like home. Throughout my time here, I always felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed. The grounds were well maintained, and the neighborhood was peaceful and enjoyable to live in. One of the things I appreciated most was how dog-friendly the community was. My dogs loved their daily walks around the area, and there were plenty of comfortable places for us to enjoy together. It made a big difference knowing they were happy here too. The staff was always helpful and professional whenever I needed assistance, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to feel at home. After 7 years, moving away was bittersweet because I created so many wonderful memories here. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.

My friend lives here and he loves it. The property is always so clean. It’s also gated which is a plus. It’s a really unique setup with it sharing a complex with a major hotel and a corporate district. He always says how nice Rubi Beltran is. She always makes sure any request that he has is done on time. I decided to write this review to showcase how nice of a complex this is and they’re also expanding the rail to be even closer…I mean right outside the door from the complex!

I am in the process of moving for school and although this property was not a good fit, I really enjoyed the enthusiasm and professionalism of Farman. If you are looking for your next home, go to him. He will take care of you.

I have lived at these apartments on and off since about 2014. I always come back because it is familiar and not an overly large complex. As the rent continues to increase in Phoenix, I expect the service and maintenance to match. However, this is not so much the case. In April, we experienced two water leaks in our bathroom. Once from the main water line, which was repaired timely and a second time from our upstairs neighbor overfilling their tub. This repair was left unsightly until I opened another work order to complete the work in July; however, to this day, it still has not been painted. I wrote an email to Acclaim Management requesting it be completed a week ago, and since I haven’t gotten a response back, I decided to share my review with everyone. The maintenance & upkeep of the common grounds has gone downhill. The community dumpster is always overflowing, and the parking lot has developed potholes. There are stains on the hallway walls and in the elevators, broken light fixtures, and constant pool closures. Overall, I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone at the current rent prices with poor upkeep.
