Lucero pairs one- and two-bedroom apartments with full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets, smart locks, and smart thermostats. A smartphone is part of using the community’s keyless access and connected features.

Workspaces, a pool and spa, a fitness center, and a dog park with a wash station extend daily living beyond the apartment. Open parking is unassigned; covered spaces and garages are separate rental options.

Move-in costs & deposits.

Security deposit: One- and two-bedroom deposits start at $500, with the amount based on combined applicant credit screening.

Pets.

Pet household: Maximum two pets per home.
Pet restrictions: Restricted dogs include Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Husky, Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrid, Dalmatian, and mixes. Reptiles, rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, snakes and rodents are not permitted.

Parking.

Parking choices: Unassigned open parking, with covered spaces and oversized garages available for rent.

Utilities & internet.

Utility accounts: Water, sewer, trash, pest control, gas, common-area electricity and valet trash are billed by a third party. Residents arrange their own SRP electricity account.
Internet and cable: Optional CenturyLink fiber internet and cable service.

Lease terms.

Rent payments: Pay rent in full through the resident portal; partial payments are not accepted.
Smoking policy: Smoke-free community.

Application & insurance.

Adult applicants: Every resident age 18 or older completes an online application and signs the lease.
