Olive Tree offers four one-bedroom layouts from 456 to 585 square feet and a 759-square-foot two-bedroom layout with one bathroom. Apartments are prewired for Cox service. Laundry is shared rather than in the apartments, with two laundry facilities open around the clock.

The grounds include two swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness center, charcoal grills and picnic tables, a basketball sports court and a cornhole game area. Covered and guest parking are available; vehicles must be registered, and spaces are first come, first served. The property publishes separate move-in, monthly, pet and layout-based water, sewer and trash charges. Residents arrange their own electricity, and lease choices range from seven to fifteen months.

Lease terms.

Lease terms: Lease options range from 7 to 15 months; options and pricing depend on apartment availability and move-in date.
Move-out notice: Written notice of intent to move out is required at least 60 days in advance.
Early termination: Early termination requires 60 days’ notice plus the termination fee specified in the lease.
Subletting: Subleases are not allowed.
Guest rules: Guests staying longer than 7 days must be added to the lease. Residents may have two guests accompany them in amenity areas.
Quiet hours: Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
