Raul Aldama came and fixed my garbage disposal and the sink in main bathroom. He was very polite and courteous as well as very fast about his work and cleaned up after. Experience was great
3 out of 10 washers work for the entire complex. To be fair tides just bought it and Serena park had it like this for months but they did work on the outside to make it look nicer but the washers are still broken. Priorities are all off. Management seems friendly and the complex looks nice but this is ridiculous especially for how much we pay. *edit now 2/10 washers work and one is filled with nasty water which smells like mold and mildew in the laundry room..also homeless people sleep in there from time to time. they also decided removed all the pool furniture just before the 4th of July so for the entire summer there’s been no where to sit in the pool area except the hot ground. My room mate is disabled which effectively means she can’t use the pool comfortably none of us can. Not to mention that it’s dirty all the time the water is so green sometimes it seems like there may be a Gator or mako shark below the surface. All jokes aside it’s truly disgusting the floor of the pool even has a slippery slime like texture. Maintenance is a Joke the trash receptacles around the court yard (not the main dumpsters) are literally always filled with garbage and they rarely empty them. Every time a storm comes through it messes up the roof and they just leave it.
I have lived here for 5 years. I have been in 3 different apartments. On November 9,2024 they had a renovation they said that they claimed they gave a notice but I did not receive a notice or an email that they was entering my apartment. They entered my apartment and abused my dog. April 20,2025 my a/c started leaking for 11 month until they fixed it on March 31,2026. When my A/C was open I noticed black mold on the coils. The maintenance supervisor told me I was crazy. 8546 n 59th ave apt 246 glendale, AZ. They are selling the being of June 2026. They change ownership every 2 years again.
supervisor raul was very nice and did a great job on fixing the things in my apartment always remembered everything i told him and always came back to get the job done. Thankful for his work and hos help
