We toured Indigo Creek after touring about 6 properties. We’re moving from Tucson to Phoenix for a job relocation and had a long list of wants in our home on a short budget. We toured on a Friday and got keys for move in a week later. The property: It’s absolutely gorgeous. Grass meets desert landscape, lush trees, 3 pools, a 24/7 fitness center. It’s beautiful, truly. The apartment: As any apartment would, our unit does have some slight defects. The AC is loud and the floor squeaks in some areas. I have a garden tub/ shower, a washer dryer, AN ICE MAKER, beautiful back splash, the flooring doesn’t feel like the cheapest vinyl ever. It’s honestly beautiful. We’ve only stayed in the unit for one night so far, we did hear a dog barking all night, but again, it’s an apartment. If my biggest complaint is a dog existing, I think I’m doing pretty darn good. The management: Arguably the make it or break it of an apartment community. Paul, the gentlemen than took us on our tour, was extremely personable. He was patient with our list of questions the day of the tour and during the entire move in process. Sam, I believe was his name, was in the office at the time we picked up our keys and we felt like we VIPs with the way we were treated. They’ve been extremely welcoming, and that’s important for a young LGBTQ+ couple, too. Moving is never easy, but these guys have done everything to make it as smooth as possible. OH! They had the unit cleaned right before we moved in. The unit was clean when we toured it, but the do a move in clean for you right before you get keys. That’s unheard of in my 10 years of leasing. Overall, I’m extremely happy we chose this place as our home. I’m huge on reviews, so I’ll update this as needed, we signed a two year lease. *I have not been offered any concessions for this review. This is an unbiased review from a current resident as of June 2026.

This has been one of the worst move-ins I've had and a terrible experience overall. I requested carpet for my initial move in and the unit was wooden flooring and there was broken glass on the floor. I had to wait for the correct apartment to be available. From there it got much worse, the apartment I moved into had a foul smell coming out of the washer. I started a wash to see what was occuring and bits of dirt and grime started flowing out. Then the microwave stopped working entirely. Not to mention the keys wouldn't lock and the top lock isn't even aligned so that doesn't work. One of the grossest things was the toilet seats were used from the previous renters. They didn't even bother to replace them, and it wasn't properly cleaned. I've been so disappointed with the experience, and the front office doesn't seem to care. They hired a contractor to come and fix these issues but wouldn't arrive for a week so I couldn't use my microwave or washer until then. And when the contractor came, he said he would be right back and never came back. No contact info or update so here I am STILL without a working washer and microwave. I call the office and they don't even know what's going on and nobody seems to try and rectify this situation. So absolutely frustrating and stressful.

Sam, Paul, and William in the office were extremely accommodating with my move-out when my plans changed. They are very personable and care about the residents. 4 stars because I once had to wait almost two weeks for a very simple maintenance request.

I have lived here for a few years now but the new management is so helpful so I wanted to give them a shout out. William specifically was amazing throughout the process of my transfer. He lessened my stress by a lot by genuinely caring about me as a resident. Also the maintenance team is top tier!

I put in an application on 6/30 and paid the $306, a few hours later I received a message that I would be relocating out of town. I attempted for 2 days to call and email to cancel the application which they would not responded to. Upon finally getting someone on the phone a week later they said someone is working on it but you lose your money. Their 48 hour policy is a policy but they prevented me from getting a refund of at least the hold by not responding to any communication to them. This place purposely make it hard to get in contact with them to receive any kind of help and insure they get money out of people out side of the rent.
