I have lived here for almost a year in July. I like this place. It near the school and groceries store and bank. I don't have any problems with anything. We added on two pets and they are pet friendly that was a big plus. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful. When I had a problem I would go down to office and same day they came and fixed the problem. Love the fact that there is security that checks on the property. I feel very safe and front desk is very helpful. There bus stop not even five mins away that a plus. Laundry and gym. Plus I order Amazon there a Amazon stand for my package. Bedbugs. Roaches. Plumbing issues. Currently being flooded in our unit. Absolutely not! Steer clear! No way to contact maintenance department in emergency situations! Phone number on website currently inactive. Are you kidding me?

**MUST READ** Horrible place. I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last place on earth to live. The roach problem is ridiculous. When complaining about it, management will say “it’s just water bugs”- like that’s any better. When Santos showed me the unit that was available it was horrible, dead roaches- at least one in each room and the bathroom sink was damaged beyond repair, this unit was 100% not legally considered livable. I desperately needed a place to live fast so I asked if these issues can be fixed before move in. Santos said yes they would take care of everything. I signed paperwork and moved in a week later and NOTHING was fixed. I was very upset. I moved in on a “first month free special” with 10 days left of the month then got hit with a $800 bill a week later. When I complained about it they said they told me about it before signing. Which they did not. Nor was it written in any writing. Because I complained and refused to pay, They threatened to evict me with my 3 kids. The rear poor is DISGUSTING and green- no matter how many times they clean it or re- plaster the floors. Maintenance is a COMPLETE joke. I asked them to replace my weather stripping on the entry door because it was mid July (112degrees) and there was a big gap under the door and on the side. Their idea of fixing it was installing a sticky sided foam gasket which never worked, instead of buying the proper weather stripping for the entry door from Home Depot. Management will scam you for your money 100%. I’ve been out of that apartment 26 days and still haven’t received my security deposit back. When I called and emailed santos to ask about it- no response. The minute I called from a different phone number she answered. When I asked what’s the status of my security deposit. She had no official answer. Please do not move here.

I have lived at this property for 2 years and I absolutely love it. The property is very clean and well maintained. We have a great maintenance guy he is so helpful and the manager Santos always handles any issues promptly!

Just renewed my lease after one year! You may ask why? I've had nothing but a great experience at Glenridge all the way from maintenance to management. Very clean property. They are all wonderful people, living here feels safe. You would be living in a community that looks out for you, if you come across a problem you best believe it will be taken care of asap. I would challenge anyone who say otherwise. It's quite and a comfortable place to call home. I recommend you moving here!!!
