Not worth the money you pay for rent hidden third party charges $10 for parking and many other charges that adds up and fluctuates so you don’t know how much to budget.I complained over 5 times that due to the apartment I was becoming ill congestion, irritated eyes, soar throat, breathing problems. Constant marijuana and cigarette smell when they promote no smoking in the apartment. Maintenance doesn’t complete work my toilet the firsts day was leaking, my garbage disposal stopped working they unclogged it and soon stopped working again as you can see in the pictures it’s rusted and never replaced it, they changed the filters in the HVAC but didn’t clean the mold probably from a prior leak and dust. I pay $30 for maintenance but there’s always trash everywhere, trash piled up by the dumpster and attracted people to dig in them, dog poop everywhere including the sidewalk. They let anyone move in including those that don’t know how to maintain a clean environment which attracts cockroaches as you can see in my apartment. I have no light fixture but a light switch in my second bedroom which is a safety hazard when it’s dark they didn’t even patch up the holes in the ceiling. People loud late at night usually a family let’s kids play outside at 11pm and working on their cars

I called for some information on renting here, as well as about the surrounding area. I had the pleasure of speaking with Martika. They were super informative and helpful, answered every question I had. I ended up going a different route, so I can't speak on living here. However if they hire more people like Martika, it can't be too bad!

Linzie is the most polite matinence man Ive had in decades. It Just nice to see common courtesy as well as hard work at the same time. In passing he greets me back and never seems to be having a bad day. Despite the temperature 🥵 thank you for hiring him!

Alfred does a great job. Friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. A busy person handling a heavy load and doing great. Martika represents Aspire well. She is very friendly and attentive. Positive atmosphere in the office. I could say more, but I dont have the time.

If your thinking of moving here simply DONT I’ve been here since March of 2025 and in that time, I have dealt with a ridiculous amount of issues which never seem to be resolved, first when I moved in fruit flies everywhere neighbors leaving there trash out by their front door, took weeks to fully get rid of them just to have them come back because again neighbors leave there trash outside, second about 2 months after living here I started to spot roaches outside and inside my home, now I’m a very clean person I don’t leave food out and take trash out regularly, I documented everything wrote an email and about a week after no answer I went to the office myself where they said Someone would come down to spray which never happened multiple times I asked btw!! I sprayed myself and put traps out, covered the sink drains, yet the holes everywhere in the base boards in the walls behind the cabinets below my dishwasher it’s impossible for me to do it myself, then I was told it wasn’t an infestation because I saw different kinds which it a lie all that means is there’s multiple different kinds they have yet to get rid of, holes under the front door so I get lizards and weird bugs in my home, not to mention the amount of issues with paying rent, either the portal is down or I’m being charged for things that I shouldn’t and it always seems like an inconvenience they have to resolve. now I’ve also had a number of issues with people trying to break in and going through my laundry, it seems no matter the issue it’s never resolved. Im warning you this is not the place you wanna live if you wanna deal with bugs which are never dealt with, problems that are never resolved. Not being able to get your mail because the post office can’t be bothered, I will definitely not be renewing my lease and seriously considering just filling to move out this is ridiculous!! I’ve tried to deal with the bugs myself since there’s never been anyone to come out and spray, did well for a while and didn’t see any now I’m seeing them everywhere like who’s going to be responsible for replacing my belongings because I’m sure as hell am not these are only two of many photos and videos of this problem!! Now am I going to be responsible for fixing things in my home like properly sealing base boards, weak cabinets under the sink because no one wanted to take out the damaged ones. Or if they get into my personal appliances, who’s responsible for replacing those! I’m very displeased with the time I’ve been here, and the people in the office can be very rude. When asked to fix a problem I was given a very unpleasant attitude from the person in the office at that time! You may work here but I live here and it’s your responsibility according to Arizona state law, to provide a safe and habitable environment roaches are not that!
