One covered parking space per apartment and uncovered parking are included. Shared spaces include a pool, a dog park, a yoga lawn, a playground and a resident lounge; package lockers are accessible around the clock. Residents pay their apartment electricity directly to SRP and are billed for allocated water, sewer, gas and common-area electricity.
