I cant agree with all the views here however I believe management should be more polite and listen to tenants properly The main issue is that Beverly Hills seems to have employed Handymen from Kijiji instead of a real construction company If this were a proper licensed company they would have given a timeline as to when the project will be completed but its 2022-09-24T16:32:17Z
I cant agree with all the views here however I believe management should be more polite and listen to tenants properly The main issue is that Beverly Hills seems to have employed Handymen from Kijiji instead of a real construction company If this were a proper licensed company they would have given a timeline as to when the project will be completed but its been openended for some time now Notices are put up in hallways every day indicating gate closures for one or two days at a time it appears that even these Handymen don't know what theyre doing Furthermore the indoor parking looks exactly like it did over a year ago with no sign of improvement and half of it is closed off so no one knows whats really going on in there Plus there isn't good ventilation as per construction regulations only one elevatorstaircase should be used by workers and not all of them Effort Trust should investigate this Kijiji Handyman Co check on their progress and make sure safety protocols are being followed Initially we thought Effort Trust was going to give us renovated indoor parking but that doesnt seem to be the case anymore ultimately though Beverly Hills Apts management isn't at fault here blame must fall on Effort Trust itself We pay so much rent each year yet get such poor service whoever owns Effort Trust must be really wealthy getting money out more ... hide ...

At 100 Bay St S Apartments the management team is exceptionally friendly and approachable making it easy to communicate with them The unit is kept clean and looks nice however there are a few issues that need addressing For instance accessing the floors from the garage is challenging as there are stairs which cant be ascended if you have a trolley or are in 2022-10-24T07:02:19Z
At 100 Bay St S Apartments the management team is exceptionally friendly and approachable making it easy to communicate with them The unit is kept clean and looks nice however there are a few issues that need addressing For instance accessing the floors from the garage is challenging as there are stairs which cant be ascended if you have a trolley or are in a wheelchair thus requiring you to circle the building to find an elevator Furthermore neither the main entrance nor garage doors leading to elevators are automated and often get stuck when openingclosing them Additionally noise from Bay Street is intrusive and unpleasant odors from nearby factories make it unbearable at times more ... hide ...

Do NOT move into this Market Street building My boyfriend and I have resided here for only a year and already experienced cockroach infestation we are still dealing with bed bugs now The landlord refuses to acknowledge our scheduled appointment for extermination and threatens us if we attempt to hire other companies It is evident that the problem will never be solved as the whole building is affected We were even alerted by another occupant on the fourth floor about six months into our lease about bed bugs one month later we contracted them and it has been an issue ever since All my belongings were brand new when I shifted out of my parents house lesson learnt kids living away from home will lose their money if they opt to live in these atrocious buildings Therefore stay at home kids AVOID these Market Street buildings AT ALL COSTS more ... hide ...
