The management of this building is more irritating than my previous two apartments. They have come in too frequently, though they did inform me beforehand. Additionally, I can't understand why I'm not allowed to put anything on the balcony like other residents. To block out light in the night, I had to put newspapers on the windows; however that isn't even an option for me. Couldn't management and Homestead company be more reasonable? My head is filled with so many questions that I'm left speechless.

This building is unimaginably bad and the staff are quite impolite. Deb is unbearable. Cockroaches come back no matter how many times they're sprayed, and the place is filthy. The parking lot has massive potholes, while the exercise/pool/facilities are never open; so why should we even pay for them? The BBQs either don't work or don't light up. Whenever you try to speak with the staff, they're unfriendly and unhelpful; I've been ignored and hung up on countless times. The maintenance staff are alright, but Deb being a manager just shows how awful this place is--definitely not worth living in! Heed my advice: look for someplace else to live!
