I had a terrible experience living at this place; I had issues with cockroaches, other residents often got into fights, and the police were called during my first week of living there. Additionally, my apartment was entered unannounced about three times while I was out. The proximity to Hess Village became a huge issue on weekends when the bars let out. I broke my lease and left quickly - don't waste your time or money here! It's highly unlikely that anything has changed since my stay five years ago; especially issues such as pests and Hess Village.

One of the worst places to live, this building has been a source of frustration with its bed bugs, cockroaches, and even an elevator assault with no conviction due to faulty security cameras. The staff often spend more time smoking and gossiping than actually doing their job; additionally, there have been times when the hot water and heat were not working correctly. The staff's hygiene is also terrible; they look like they crawled out of a dumpster. Apparently, if you require a spouse in order to get a management job here, then it isn't likely that you will amount to much in life. If you are considering moving here: wrap everything in plastic!

Do NOT move into this Market Street building. My boyfriend and I have resided here for only a year and already experienced cockroach infestation; we are still dealing with bed bugs now. The landlord refuses to acknowledge our scheduled appointment for extermination and threatens us if we attempt to hire other companies. It is evident that the problem will never be solved, as the whole building is affected. We were even alerted by another occupant on the fourth floor about six months into our lease about bed bugs; one month later, we contracted them and it has been an issue ever since. All my belongings were brand new when I shifted out of my parents' house- lesson learnt: kids living away from home will lose their money if they opt to live in these atrocious buildings! Therefore, stay at home kids- AVOID these Market Street buildings AT ALL COSTS!
