I can't agree with all the views here, however, I believe management should be more polite and listen to tenants properly. The main issue is that Beverly Hills seems to have employed 'Handymen' from Kijiji instead of a real construction company. If this were a proper licensed company, they would have given a timeline as to when the project will be completed - but it's been open-ended for some time now. Notices are put up in hallways every day indicating gate closures for one or two days at a time; it appears that even these 'Handymen' don't know what they're doing. Furthermore, the indoor parking looks exactly like it did over a year ago - with no sign of improvement - and half of it is closed off so no one knows what's really going on in there. Plus, there isn't good ventilation as per construction regulations; only one elevator/staircase should be used by workers and not all of them! Effort Trust should investigate this Kijiji Handyman Co., check on their progress, and make sure safety protocols are being followed.
