Rent has dramatically increased due to a shift in management! Don't be fooled by the pictures; the suites have been renovated cheaply. New flooring and faucets cannot hide that this building is over 30 years old. During winter, it's unbearably cold - heat escapes through walls and windows. You can't get rid of ants no matter how hard you try to clean, and every footstep from above is heard with the new floors. The pathways to underground are moldy and dilapidated. Laundry machines do not work properly either. Having an onsite gym does not make up for this run-down apartment building; those paying exorbitant rent for these "renovated units" deserve sympathy. Hot water pressure is getting worse with each renovation, which is too much - not worth what they're asking for! Be cautious!
