Steer clear of these landlordstake the bad reviews seriously Tammy has an awful attitude and will give you an attitude if you address issues in a polite manner My bike and my neighbors two bikes were stolen from the top floor and it took almost a month and a half to get them back with no explanation other than that they didnt see anything Theyll try to make it sound secure with fake cameras yet when you call their office its always closed and they wont help until someone contacts them It seems like they are involved in theft somehow from how they beat around the bush Others have reported not getting their deposits back either be cautious even though the suites may be new On top of all that two years later there is still no record of my damage deposit being filed with Rentalsmanwhich is illegaland now Tammy only has 7 days left more ... hide ...

When choosing this hotelresort the poolwater features were what attracted us so I will start with that The waterside hot tubs and pool were all kept clean and in good condition the water temperature was also quite pleasant Though there was chlorine present in it it wasnt overwhelming With a max depth of 14M the pool is great for families as well as having zero depth entry on one side though the splash park needs some repair work done as most of its overhead and ground level features don't work or have water barely flowing which was disappointing for our toddler who isn't ready for swimming yet When checking in we found front desk staff to be helpful and able to provide extra supplies when asked for them As far as parking goes there is plenty available on siteOur room was located at building 7000 on third floor no elevator present so make sure you don't pack too heavily It had a premium 1bdrm setup with an uncomfortable pullout couch however both bed and room were clean while kitchen had basic utensils like pots pans cutlery toaster etc Unfortunately there werent any bedside tables which I needed due to using CPAP machine but after requesting an extension cord one arrived quickly enough bonus points Its located across from hot springs near a Subway Pizza place too making it even more convenient for food lovers Theres also a playground on site which our kids more ... hide ...
