We have been living in this building for more than a year now and have not had any of the complaints that were reported before The building is kept in excellent condition with clean corridors lifts and so on The staff make sure both the exterior and interior grounds are taken care of daily Any problems reported to the office are dealt with quickly and resolved promptly These two apartment buildings have stunning surroundings here in NCR plus pets are allowed if kept on leashes with minimal barking as well It would be great if the outdoor swimming pool was heated but we can live without it plus having an indoor heated car park during winter is a blessing We thank Paramount for providing us such a nice place to live out our senior years although wed like to get rid of their visitor parking policy usually these spots are empty but visitors still have to pay For now they just park out on the streets hopefully soon city council will abolish this rule so visitors can come without paying more ... hide ...

We moved into this terrible place last year not even a star rating From the very beginning we were killing cockroaches and we told management who sent someone to spray however it didnt help We kept complaining to Tricorp Realty but they said it was normal to see cockroaches four or five weeks after the unit had been sprayed so they sprayed again five times in total I left my laptop on to check if they were actually spraying and when I checked later on all that had been done was applying a gel When we asked for a change of unit due to this issue Tricorp refused saying other units would be too expensive for us We contacted the City of Ottawa Health Department but even then got the run around as apparently they only attend commercial properties Despite always paying rent on time Tricorp dared tell us that we were at fault In the end we had to move elsewhere and upon entering our new apartment found cockroaches in our furniture meaning much of it had to be thrown away So if youre considering renting from Tricorp RealtyRUN AWAY FAST Other tenants have told us there are bed bug issues too pay extra money for rent somewhere else instead of 272 Bronson Ave Ottawa Ontario AKA The Roach Motel more ... hide ...

Ive been residing at 218 MacLaren for a year and a half and its been an amazing experience The building has recently gone through a beautiful renovation I live in one of the onebedroom apartments which is quite spacious my Queensize bed armchair bookshelf and more fit easily I was able to create three distinct areas office dining area and living room with creative shelving placement while still making the space feel roomy Not to mention the balcony that comes with this unit perfect for summertime hangouts The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances plus a dishwasher what more could you ask for Although the laundry room is small 3 washers 3 dryers there are rarely no machines available The fitness room could use some improvement an exercise bike and partial weight machine do not make up for missing free weights or treadmill That said there are plenty of gyms yoga studios nearby due to its central location Plus walking distance from the canal great place to go jogging in summer or ice skating in winter CLV have been good landlords they answer questionswork requests promptly which makes me highly recommend this place as your next residential spot more ... hide ...

I am here to update my review about this place as an adult rather than a university student The best thing to come out of it was meeting Jada and her colleagues at the rental office they were always friendly and helpful even when I was leaving The location is great close to stores restaurants gas stations and more Despite the fact that the buildings are quite old they are still an ideal spot for students due to their price and surroundings Unfortunately you will be dealing with spiders and other bugs both inside and outside your unitbuilding as well as in the amenities such as the laundry room This is due to its proximity to Mooneys Bay and Experimental Farm Road which makes it attractive for these crittersThe only star I can give this place is for its staff members warm hospitality and its location alone everything else falls short of expectations The apartments feel dirty no matter how often you clean them spiders everywhere both inside even if you never opened a window outside between windows etc spiders in the laundry room when taking out freshly washed clothes You might want to live here if youre SpiderMan or don't have a car but anyone else should think twice Living here would be nothing short of regretful more ... hide ...

Its been a couple of months since the management shifted and I must say it has been the most inconsiderate landlord Ive ever encountered No customer service skills they don't know how to handle tenants Especially Lorelei the property manager she doesnt understand how to maintain tenants satisfaction She acts as if she is a lawyer and just throws out rules in 2022-11-04T12:02:19Z
Its been a couple of months since the management shifted and I must say it has been the most inconsiderate landlord Ive ever encountered No customer service skills they don't know how to handle tenants Especially Lorelei the property manager she doesnt understand how to maintain tenants satisfaction She acts as if she is a lawyer and just throws out rules instead of trying to resolve complaints from tenants about the building There are many other issues such as expensive visitor parking fees recurrent waterdrainage problems and construction that begins at 7am If you ask her for them to start later for some sleep in time she will simply reply with by law they can begin drilling at 7am Its all about money and laws for her not caring about tenants needs whatsoever All in all I would NOT RECOMMEND this place You might have a hard time unless they change the lady managing this building more ... hide ...
