I've been a resident of the 2055 building for three years, and I have nothing to fault it for. Although it is an older building, it is kept up nicely. I have never encountered any cockroaches or bed bugs! The only thing that stops me from giving this place five stars is the constant issues with the washers and dryers; they've cost me plenty in money. Whenever possible, I take my laundry to my boyfriend's place instead. The area around here has plenty of amenities - there's a grocery store, LCBO, beer store, drug store and Carlingwood Mall just next door! In the summertime the pool is wonderful; always clean and well maintained. All in all I'm very content living here.

We have been living in this building for more than a year now and have not had any of the complaints that were reported before. The building is kept in excellent condition with clean corridors, lifts and so on. The staff make sure both the exterior and interior grounds are taken care of daily. Any problems reported to the office are dealt with quickly and resolved promptly. These two apartment buildings have stunning surroundings here in NCR, plus pets are allowed if kept on leashes with minimal barking as well. It would be great if the outdoor swimming pool was heated but we can live without it - plus having an indoor heated car park during winter is a blessing! We thank Paramount for providing us such a nice place to live out our senior years, although we'd like to get rid of their visitor parking policy - usually these spots are empty but visitors still have to pay. For now they just park out on the streets, hopefully soon city council will abolish this rule so visitors can come without paying!
