We have been living in Bronson Place for the past three years and it was a real delight and gave us great peace of mind. If we ever wanted to rent an apartment in Ottawa again, Bronson Place would be our first choice. The building is spotless and spacious with a reasonable monthly rent. The public areas and amenities are kept up regularly, as well as immaculately clean. Additionally, the staff are always available, attentive, friendly and tolerant. We would like to particularly thank Erica (the manager) and her team - especially Vijy - as well as all the supers with special mention of Ersan for their fast repairs whenever needed; we could not have asked for better service! In conclusion, we highly recommend Bronson Place if you're looking for somewhere perfect to live - many thanks again!

Living at Bronson Place is a great experience! The staff are always helpful and polite, the building is neat and well-maintained, and the location is superb. Furthermore, the apartments offer plenty of space with stunning views all around. Moreover, there are several amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, convenience store and laundry room for added convenience. I truly relished my stay at 440 Gloucester.
