I've been living here for approximately a year now and unfortunately, I have experienced numerous issues, such as stolen packages and laundry, as well as several problems with the unit itself when I moved in--from the fridge to heating. The amenities are not worth what you pay for them either, especially because of COVID-19; however, even before that the pool has been leaking and still hasn't been fixed. There have also been four supers over the course of my year here. Although this area is convenient if you need to live downtown, it's best to avoid this place altogether due to its out-of-date features and prices that don't match up with current rent costs.

I thoroughly propose this building/management after residing here for 2.5 years. Although the apartments are expensive, you receive quality value. The building and amenities are constantly kept in great condition and any maintenance issues are quickly taken care of. Everything you could require is located within a five-minute walk of the area, plus living across from the police HQ implies that it is frequently very secure.
