When I came to view the apartment they told me one price but then called back two days later to say it was much higher which was dishonest On the day I moved in there were cockroaches everywhere my apartment and hallway I called management multiple times but nothing changed We have a suspicious neighbor who has different men coming to their apartment daily 2022-09-26T08:02:19Z
When I came to view the apartment they told me one price but then called back two days later to say it was much higher which was dishonest On the day I moved in there were cockroaches everywhere my apartment and hallway I called management multiple times but nothing changed We have a suspicious neighbor who has different men coming to their apartment daily even on weekends that look completely different They stay for a few minutes then leave when I approach them they act like theyre going into another apartment until I enter mine One time this person opened my door Feeling unsafe unfortunately I signed a 1 year lease already The old management reported them and so will I too These neighbors also leave huge garbage bags in front of the elevator doors expecting someone to take it down which attracts more roaches plus walls are cracked and paint is bubbling everywhere The balcony is falling apart with patches of cement fixing it up recently the building was bought by another company doing noisy renovations without any notice you can hear the noise throughout he building Do not sign any lease here more ... hide ...

I strongly advise you not to move here This place may be inexpensive but it is very poor quality It is unclean and poorly maintained The building doesnt have enough power to keep appliances such as TVs and air conditioners running they frequently shut off Plus there are a TON of cockroaches everywhere We called the office four times to get them sprayed but t 2022-10-31T09:02:18Z

I have been living at 1285 for over a year now and it has been great the view from my balcony is lovely the management is responsive and friendly and there are no bad smells in the hallways The only downside is that their whirl pool has not been working for a few years In August 2022 I upgraded to a two bedroom unit which was renovated and spacious When I re 2022-10-13T11:32:17Z

I used to reside here but had to relocate due to the problem of cockroaches The outside of the building is kept up well by management however roaches are present in both the apartments and hallways A thorough spraying of the entire building is necessary for resolving this issue It is imperative that they do so for the sake of their other tenants
