The cottages are in a great spot along the St Lawrence near the 1000 Islands Parkway The atmosphere is quite cozy with lots of trees making for a stunning fall escape Fishing kayaking and canoeing can be done from the docks A path leads down to the waterfront and provides a pleasant summer breeze Our cottage Skye had two screened doors from livingdining room area and a sliding door on its back deck for watching sunsets Everything you need is supplied appliances dishes towels linens bath robes etc even a slow cooker for preparing pot roast Refrigerator was equipped with an ice maker and water dispenser awesome Place was kept immaculate they even had dishwasher Firewood was provided so that you could have campfires indoors or outdoors at picnic tables Hot tub ready upon arrival Beds were comfy too with pillows included its only minutes away from Ganonoque Ontario making it an ideal destination to stay wellmaintained accommodation without any hesitationThe cottages location on St Lawrence near 1000 Islands Parkway makes them really convenient theyre surrounded by lots of trees which creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for spending time in both fall and summer months Fishing kayaking canoeing can all be done from docks available at this location while theres also a winding path leading down to waterfront offering delightful summer breezes Our particular cottage Skye provided guests with more ... hide ...

Living at Village Court Apartments was not a pleasant experience I didnt smoke had no pets or children and paid my bills on time yet when I brought up an issue with the landlord their response was minimal The maintenance staff were helpful but usually unavailable because of emergencies It took two months for them to fix something in my kitchenThe tenants were unruly many unemployed or teenagers who partied all night and made noise throughout the day Young parents did not supervise their children well and the courtyard often had toys and trash scattered aboutThe parking lot was chaotic as there were no designated spots or security guards watching over it one morning I woke up to find that someone had hit my car overnight and management said they werent responsible for damages done in the lot basically park at your own riskThe smell of smoking drifted into my apartment from other units despite me paying a hefty monthly rent it got so bad that I couldnt even invite people over After contacting managers multiple times they finally resolved it but this should never have been necessary in the first place Its really too bad since this place couldve been great if run by better management take a walk around before deciding to move here so you know what kind of atmosphere youre getting into more ... hide ...

The building is a bit old though I cannot tell you the exact year it was built It may lack the modern luxuries yet there is a party room in a separate building that can be used Maintenance requests are usually taken care of quickly due to Angelas great management she responds within 24 hours and often even on the same day Moreover she follows up to make sure everything is alright too Water shutoffs occur every month during weekdays at noon however this does not cause me any disruption as I am working then Units have been renovated from time to time with vinyl flooring and cabinets that are decent in quality but don't seem particularly fancy given some dropped paint here and there due to rushed work The concrete wallsfloors provide good soundproofing so that even light sleepers such as myself don't get woken up easily by noise from doors or windows which admittedly can be hard to prevent All in all its an ideal spot for someone who needs no frills living quiet uncomplicated and well managed more ... hide ...

I have been living in an apartment for the past two or three years and it has become a construction site There is road work sewer work apartment refacing closed off pools and wild parking Rent increases have also been put into effect I am desperately searching for a home instead of this chaotic construction site
