The resort didnt meet our needs which we only discovered after a 65 hour drive from the lower mainland on the Hwy 1 with all its flood repairs It would have been great for couples or a singles weekend but not so much for families with small children There were no interior photos of the cabins no listed dimensions and the exterior shots made them appear bigger than they actually were moreover it was stated that there was a stove in the description but there was only a hotplate with one of two burners not working In addition there wasnt any seating other than a small table and chairs and little room for anything else this made it particularly unsuitable during winter due to the long distance to walk to get to the bathroom buildingPros friendly property manager beautiful lake and good fish population in it electric heat source and running water in sinkCons extremely small size of cabins no seating area in 2 bedroom units washrooms too far away stoveoven absent more ... hide ...

This apartment complex is in one of LondonOntarios prime locations with amazing schools a welcoming atmosphere and an efficient office and maintenance staff The Capreit Corporate staff work hard to ensure the needs of residents are met while also having effective communication Many people in this community have shown acts of kindness and are very accepting of different cultures Additionally there are events such as Pizza Day which bring smiles to everyone living here It is also very affordable to live here which makes life easier for residents The staff are trusted and work hard to provide a home sweet home experience for all who live here Despite some negative reviews about this building its important to remember that things need fixing everywhere but it starts with us Residents strive to keep the building sharp by taking care of their environment thats just community spirit more ... hide ...

Im writing another review minus one star as Im not sure why my previous one got deleted The building itself has so much potential with renovated suites and a great location Yet living here has been deeply disappointing The construction work means that it takes ages for elevators to arrive due to the crews using both of them at once additionally the amenities have been closed for months without any reimbursement when we were paying 300month to use a gym elsewhere something that wasnt in our budget when searching for accommodation They did offer a quiet suite if needed on loud construction days yet twenty minutes before an important virtual work meeting they told me either use the management office where people are working or go two blocks away to Mintos outside office space not ideal Furthermore I don't feel safe here since Ive seen people waiting by the entrance late at night and twice there were construction workers who just walked into my apartment unexpectedly although this hasnt happened again following complaints Lastly some neighbours have treated me very disrespectfully but I just keep my head down until I can move out more ... hide ...

Living in Residences on Bloor for almost a year I havent had many issues Security staff have been friendly and helpful during my movein while the leasing office handled my lease well Fire alarm inspections and pest control are rare and respect tenants privacy The only reason why I rate this place 45 stars is due to a unit that smokes inside their apartment t 2022-10-05T08:32:17Z
