I'm writing another review, minus one star, as I'm not sure why my previous one got deleted. The building itself has so much potential, with renovated suites and a great location. Yet living here has been deeply disappointing. The construction work means that it takes ages for elevators to arrive due to the crews using both of them at once; additionally, the amenities have been closed for months without any reimbursement when we were paying $300/month to use a gym elsewhere - something that wasn't in our budget when searching for accommodation. They did offer a 'quiet suite' if needed on loud construction days, yet twenty minutes before an important virtual work meeting they told me either use the management office where people are working or go two blocks away to Minto's outside office space - not ideal! Furthermore I don't feel safe here since I've seen people waiting by the entrance late at night and twice there were construction workers who just walked into my apartment unexpectedly (although this hasn't happened again following complaints). Lastly, some neighbours have treated me very disrespectfully but I just keep my head down until I can move out.
