Furthermore, we often find other people in our spot (which we pay for each month); when we report this to the property manager they advise us to contact parking enforcement. Additionally, noise is an issue due to thin walls between our bedroom and that of the neighbors; when reported about their screaming matches at night all that was suggested were by-law officers. Lastly, front doors close with a loud bang in the morning because their soft-close bars are not maintained properly. Despite these cons however, transport links are conveniently located nearby (bus stops right in front of building) and property managers respond promptly if a fault is reported within an apartment.
