The resort didnt meet our needs which we only discovered after a 65 hour drive from the lower mainland on the Hwy 1 with all its flood repairs It would have been great for couples or a singles weekend but not so much for families with small children There were no interior photos of the cabins no listed dimensions and the exterior shots made them appear bigge 2022-11-07T05:32:17Z
The resort didnt meet our needs which we only discovered after a 65 hour drive from the lower mainland on the Hwy 1 with all its flood repairs It would have been great for couples or a singles weekend but not so much for families with small children There were no interior photos of the cabins no listed dimensions and the exterior shots made them appear bigger than they actually were moreover it was stated that there was a stove in the description but there was only a hotplate with one of two burners not working In addition there wasnt any seating other than a small table and chairs and little room for anything else this made it particularly unsuitable during winter due to the long distance to walk to get to the bathroom buildingPros friendly property manager beautiful lake and good fish population in it electric heat source and running water in sinkCons extremely small size of cabins no seating area in 2 bedroom units washrooms too far away stoveoven absent more ... hide ...
