The resort didn't meet our needs, which we only discovered after a 6.5 hour drive from the lower mainland on the Hwy 1 with all its flood repairs. It would have been great for couples or a singles weekend but not so much for families with small children. There were no interior photos of the cabins, no listed dimensions and the exterior shots made them appear bigger than they actually were; moreover, it was stated that there was a stove in the description but there was only a hotplate with one of two burners not working. In addition, there wasn't any seating other than a small table and chairs and little room for anything else; this made it particularly unsuitable during winter due to the long distance to walk to get to the bathroom building. Pros: friendly property manager, beautiful lake and good fish population in it, electric heat source and running water in sink Cons: extremely small size of cabins, no seating area in 2 bedroom units, washrooms too far away, stove/oven absent
