I cant agree with all the views here however I believe management should be more polite and listen to tenants properly The main issue is that Beverly Hills seems to have employed Handymen from Kijiji instead of a real construction company If this were a proper licensed company they would have given a timeline as to when the project will be completed but its 2022-09-24T16:32:17Z
I cant agree with all the views here however I believe management should be more polite and listen to tenants properly The main issue is that Beverly Hills seems to have employed Handymen from Kijiji instead of a real construction company If this were a proper licensed company they would have given a timeline as to when the project will be completed but its been openended for some time now Notices are put up in hallways every day indicating gate closures for one or two days at a time it appears that even these Handymen don't know what theyre doing Furthermore the indoor parking looks exactly like it did over a year ago with no sign of improvement and half of it is closed off so no one knows whats really going on in there Plus there isn't good ventilation as per construction regulations only one elevatorstaircase should be used by workers and not all of them Effort Trust should investigate this Kijiji Handyman Co check on their progress and make sure safety protocols are being followed Initially we thought Effort Trust was going to give us renovated indoor parking but that doesnt seem to be the case anymore ultimately though Beverly Hills Apts management isn't at fault here blame must fall on Effort Trust itself We pay so much rent each year yet get such poor service whoever owns Effort Trust must be really wealthy getting money out more ... hide ...

Rent has dramatically increased due to a shift in management Don't be fooled by the pictures the suites have been renovated cheaply New flooring and faucets cannot hide that this building is over 30 years old During winter its unbearably cold heat escapes through walls and windows You cant get rid of ants no matter how hard you try to clean and every footstep from above is heard with the new floors The pathways to underground are moldy and dilapidated Laundry machines do not work properly either Having an onsite gym does not make up for this rundown apartment building those paying exorbitant rent for these renovated units deserve sympathy Hot water pressure is getting worse with each renovation which is too much not worth what theyre asking for Be cautious more ... hide ...

In regards to 21 Highfield Park Drive I can attest that the saying you get what you pay for is accurate Though rent is cheap and the location convenient the apartment itself falls shortbeing small and having poor noise insulation Furthermore my buildings front and back doors had broken locks all year despite complaints There are no cameras either mailboxes a 2022-10-24T10:32:17Z
In regards to 21 Highfield Park Drive I can attest that the saying you get what you pay for is accurate Though rent is cheap and the location convenient the apartment itself falls shortbeing small and having poor noise insulation Furthermore my buildings front and back doors had broken locks all year despite complaints There are no cameras either mailboxes are located outside without needing to enter a secure area but they can be easily opened with keys or knife During my stay this happened multiple times without consequence because of lack of cameras The surrounding area is good near a bus hub etc though Highfield itself isn't necessarily the nicest neighbourhoodnot as bad as it used to be however On the plus side cats and dogs are allowed which is a bonus if you have pets When I tried to terminate my lease early by subletting they turned down several applicants without explanation more ... hide ...
