I've been living at this building since 2013 and here are my pros & cons in bullet points rather than writing a full review: PROS • Cheap rent for a great size apartment • Hardwood flooring in the living room, tile kitchen, tub/shower combo • HUGE storage closet in most units • Elevator can fit 3-person couch • Lots of cupboards & comes with stove/fridge • Balcony on 2nd floor+; plenty of parking inside/outside • Big bedrooms & living room; owner is helpful if you have trouble paying rent • Washing machines on each floor; uses re-loadable card not cash • Pop machines available in some laundry rooms & mailboxes in lobby (they'll hold packages) • Cats and small animals allowed (no dogs!) The main lobby door has a buzzer.
