I am very dissatisfied with Maria the maintenance worker in our building She smiles and is friendly to some tenants yet she is not helpful to all For example when I messaged her about an issue with our bathtub sink she never responded Furthermore I texted her before 7 pm to help us move out but again there was no response When my partner called around 8ish i 2022-11-04T15:02:18Z
I am very dissatisfied with Maria the maintenance worker in our building She smiles and is friendly to some tenants yet she is not helpful to all For example when I messaged her about an issue with our bathtub sink she never responded Furthermore I texted her before 7 pm to help us move out but again there was no response When my partner called around 8ish instead of helping us book a lift for our stuffs she merely informed us that moving after 8 wasnt allowed clearly failing to inform us earlier when she received my text Consequently it took 3 hours for us to move out instead of the possible hour if we had been assisted properly Moreover when my partner tried calling her back regarding my unresponded message she had turned off her phone We expected better service from your staff considering the price we paid and hope you find someone who treats everyone fairly and kindly in future more ... hide ...

We are into our fourth year here at this building and Id love to give it five stars Heres why The apartment has wide and high doors making it easy to bring in furniture Our two bedroom is roomy with great design while oneand threebedroom apartments are also available Windows and balcony provide ample ventilation and the insuite washing machine dryer dishwasher as well as a microwave fridge and stove are all included amenities The security is excellent buzzers at all gates plus CCTV cameras throughout the building elevators and floors guarantee your safety The lobby makes a great first impression Underground parking is secure too with its own buzzer system Theres a party hall with projectorscreen plus 3 built in BBQ gas grills on the patio for outdoor picnicsplus an extensive gym Fire alarms are tested monthly maintenance teams keep everything clean and efficient around the building Everyone on staff has been friendly and helpfulespecially Sandra Nicole who have always been there for us when needed asap Even better was when we moved in very organized via email phone calls plus notices sent to everyones door about updatesmaintenance info that come up from time to time We feel so lucky that we found this wonderful place more ... hide ...

Do NOT move into 1260 Marlborough Court Hi my name is Jen I moved here from Alberta for a job in my field of engineering and needed a quick rental It was the worst experience ever The apartment was full of bed bugs plus all sorts of other bugs Maintenance never fixed anything and there were people with mental illness and disabilities causing issues with others There were hoarders in the building fire alarms going off constantly condoms lying around vomit everywhere it smelled awful and I felt unsafe When my lease was over I left right away it had been one of the worst experiences ever How can someone own this building thinking its okay to have these conditions People werent cleaning up after their pets either dog poop everywhere so make sure you have insurance if you move in there These werent just everyday minor problems they were huge issues like water being shut off once a month forcing me to make arrangements to live elsewhere for four days or the laundry machines eating up all my money Its horrific from what I experienced at 1260 Marlborough Court so good luck if you choose to move in but be aware that its at your own risk more ... hide ...

This living situation is truly horrible it may provide a roof over my head and be near school but its terrible in every other respect The cabinets are decayed the wood flooring is coming apart and wires from uncovered outlets are visible Cleaning the floors is useless since they always look dirty moreover mold covers the bathroom ceiling The windows are poorly insulated and wont close properly driving up energy costs In addition the washroom countertop has been falling apart for some time now and light fixtures have rusted The walls have caved in too not to mention that painting was done carelessly with bits of paint on the ceiling Unfortunately management does not help much with complaints or issues when we ask for repairs or to get rid of garbage larger than small bags they ignore us or say we must take it to a dump ourselves which we cannot do because we lack transportation means Furthermore suspiciously loud noises coming from vents make us think that rodents might reside there as well To top it off one of two elevators on this 19floor building is usually broken leaving only one available which makes waiting times unbearably long To summarize this place provides minimal facilities at an unreasonably high pricepoint if Sheridan college wasnt nearby I wouldnt stay here for a second more ... hide ...
