I would rate this place a 0 if I could. The walk-up apartments were dingy and smelled like a sewer. They even flooded, giving us less than a week's notice to evacuate without explaining when we'd be able to return. To add insult to injury, they used the "emergency" repairs as an excuse for renovations for the next tenants after I had given my 60-day notice following flooding. The building managers were incompetent at best and Paige was the only one who communicated well with me--I thank her for enduring that place! You'll have to speak with upper management here but you won't be able to reach Suzanne no matter how many times you try; they'll keep her contact information from you. Avoid this place if you don't want to be taken advantage of!

Do not move here - it is definitely not worth it. There are red ants everywhere and the laundry gets shut down for weeks. Water is often turned off, there are holes in the walls, and the facilities are smelly from cigarettes. Cars parked in the locked garage often get broken into and there's no security cameras or air conditioning. The pool is never taken care of, it's too cold to use, and isn't sanitized either. Plus rent prices keep increasing even though this building has been falling apart for 3 years! Look for somewhere new that has no bugs with a better price tag. The landlords won't help you if you have an issue so you must go to higher management if you want something taken seriously; I know from experience after being stuck in an elevator for 3 hours and then getting a bill of $690 without being shown any footage!
