Staying at the SLumLords a nightmare of a MGT company was easily one of the worst experiences Not only were the elevators constantly breaking down in a tower with 26 floors but when it came to upgrades or repairs you had to take them to court for any assistance Although I lived there for 6 years due to having a large dog and enjoying the beautiful view from my suite Ive had 20 court cases within that time span alone and twice at Supreme Court due to their intimidating threats I can imagine how difficult it must be for those with English as their second language since they increase rent yearly and don't follow through on security protocols despite advertising it on rental ads The International Plaza has wonderful tenants but its old building is far too pricey considering red ants in summertime and cabinets with fresh paint that don't look worth it Dealing with MGT was absolutely terrible all they care about is money which is why my hot water wasnt running properly for 1 years more ... hide ...

Moving into Campbell Place Apartments was a wonderful experience Isabella and Mike the property managers are amazing Isabella helped me prepare for the move and on the day of my move they were incredibly helpful Im excited to live here and feel very comfortable in my new home its lovely and all the building occupants are friendly people

Extremely dissatisfied Not being able to get mail or shipments at my home having to make sure my apartment has internet access not being allowed to use the back door as an entrance and apparently no staff assigned to oversee the building have all been issues The response time is painfully slow and with every issue Ive had as a tenant there has been an unfrie 2022-11-04T03:02:18Z
