We are into our fourth year here at this building and I'd love to give it five stars. Here's why: The apartment has wide and high doors, making it easy to bring in furniture. Our two bedroom is roomy with great design, while one-and three-bedroom apartments are also available. Windows and balcony provide ample ventilation and the in-suite washing machine, dryer, dishwasher (as well as a microwave, fridge and stove) are all included amenities. The security is excellent; buzzers at all gates plus CCTV cameras throughout the building, elevators and floors guarantee your safety. The lobby makes a great first impression! Underground parking is secure too with its own buzzer system. There's a party hall with projector/screen plus 3 built in BBQ gas grills on the patio for outdoor picnics--plus an extensive gym! Fire alarms are tested monthly; maintenance teams keep everything clean and efficient around the building. Everyone on staff has been friendly and helpful--especially Sandra & Nicole who have always been there for us when needed asap! Even better was when we moved in; very organized via email & phone calls plus notices sent to everyone's door about updates/maintenance info that come up from time to time.
