We used to live in apartment 1560, but we had to move before our first year was up due to the severe cockroach infestation. The problem was never resolved and we were constantly dealing with mold, smells from other units, water shut-offs every two weeks, and frequent visits from police. The staff were friendly but they could have done more than just make the building look nicer; it was full of cockroaches. We chose to leave because it wasn't a place we wanted to be in for long. Don't rent there just because the rent is cheap—it's not worth it. Now they're demanding that we pay 300 for damages even though they told us there would be no payment owed when we left twenty days ago; these damages are related to living amongst a bunch of dirty bugs which has impacted our health negatively.
