The apartments are quite nice, but they do need some improvements. My flooring has chips in spots and the toilet keeps running. Communication with the building managers and head office can be confusing; for instance, if I call about a repair it is not always made clear that someone will arrive two days later instead of calling in advance. Though, once the work order was submitted it got completed quickly. Additionally, when advertising on Kijiji, their ad stated parking costs $80 without specifying whether that was for underground or above ground parking; which turns out to be $80 in general. Furthermore, the finance department emailed me about an outstanding balance without having specified beforehand that payment had to be made at first and last. It would help if they were more specific with their advertisements.
