I resided in #28 for two years, but had to move out since I needed an extra bedroom. My stay was quite pleasant: no pest problems, timely maintenance service for minor issues, lots of nearby eateries and free parking. Nevertheless, the laundry machines were not optimal (especially for white clothes), difficulty regulating hot/cold water in winter months, cramped bedrooms and no elevators. On the whole though, it's a decent place if you go in with the right attitude!
