I stayed at this residence for eight months, subleasing for the summer. In my opinion it was a terrible experience and I do not suggest this place to anyone searching for an apartment. It may appear desirable, however you are paying too much for what you get; in my case there was a busted AC/Heat, cheap furniture, obnoxiously loud neighbors who played music late into the night (we complained 5 times before I had to go bang on their door myself), faulty equipment, none of the offerings were available, and poor management (especially Peter who shouldn't be employed). My room had a window that looked directly into another apartment and one of my roomies didn't even have a window. The layout was stupid so it felt like money down the drain. When attempting to move out they made it hard and I almost had to call lawyers. To avoid being put through this hassle please seek out other housing options.
