Living in Homestead was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had Management was nonexistent and I became a victim of a tenant assault after my apartment was broken into Music with loud bass thumping all day and night is just one of many problems here cockroaches are rampant while the hallways smell like cat pee Despite asking for help from management for over a year nothing was done and they only seemed to care if my rent was late Such disregard for tenant safety and security has never been witnessed by me before when trying to discuss problems with onsite staff they trivialize your concerns and laugh at you instead To top it all off this slumlord will ask you for 1250 for a cockroachladen apartment Drugs being dealt out front on a daily basis should be enough warning that good honest people should stay away from this place more ... hide ...
