At first our relationship with the landlord Linda was great however as we neared the end of our lease all of that changed We had left a few small items behind but Linda said we left the house in a terrible state when it was actually cleaned Weeks later we were still waiting for our damage deposit and when we called back to inquire about it Linda told us she had forgotten to mention that she still held onto it I believe this was an attempt to keep it since I am younger and this was our first rental experience The apartments werent even well taken care of walls were peeling from moisture in the bathrooms windows would freeze shut during winter months no air vents or fans in bathroomevery time wed shower yellow stains would accumulate making it disgusting I advise against renting through this company as they are slum lords and don't uphold cleanliness standards for their tenants more ... hide ...

Im extremely let down I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard The walls are not finished th 2022-10-23T13:32:17Z
Im extremely let down I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard The walls are not finished they are still dusty and do not look like they were properly painted The twobedroom units especially feel cramped and uncomfortable despite having potential for being spacious Despite all of this the staff in the building are kind and helpful plus there is easy access to amenities with great views nearby hence why it has been given 2 stars instead of 0 stars I am utterly disheartened as I should have been living in bliss but instead find myself stuck in distressful conditions due to lack of impact absorbing layer between concrete flooring like most other concrete buildings have more ... hide ...

No FirstService Residential isn't a property management company If they tried to claim that Id be an astronaut which isn't true Ive been living in the Victoria Building in Vancouver for over a year and their management has been completely inadequate I could draw up a lengthy list of all their issues but it would take too long To illustrate the situation here 2022-10-08T17:32:16Z

We had an exact picture for our winter wedding a warm yet luxurious chalet with huge triangular windows providing us a view of the winter wonderland and space to keep 11 people After a lengthy search of airbnb and luxury cottage sites without any luck most either too expensive or having accommodates 11 but with the addition of a pullout couch my fianc found Lulus site We made plans to visit it in person to inspect it further and when we did we knew this was the place for our dream wedding The cathedral ceilings and arched windows gave off an aura of spirituality while at the same time showcasing the gorgeous view outside plus two living rooms rec room with pool table and plenty of Queen sized beds made it perfect for us as well as our families Steven was very helpful in answering all our questions about appliancesamenities etc When winter arrived we drove up to Lulus in a caravan which had already been plowed before our arrival resulting in snowflakes settling on us while exchanging vows Later Chef Aquilla from Dream Cuisine served us dinner at that big dining table Following days were spent snowshoeing snowshoes provided by Lulu watching movies soaking in tubs etc making it an ideal getaway for families wanting quality time together but also some personal space Our thank you goes out to Steven and Lulus team for creating such a beautiful place where more ... hide ...
