Life here is unfortunately unbearable this building is infested with Pharaoh ants The exterminator has only been in my apartment twice while 6 people have died within the 2 years of me living here Management had the nerve to blame me for the antsthey are coming from below behind walls and everywhere else I was going to withhold rent on November 1st due to th 2022-10-23T08:32:17Z

My experience as a tenant at Garrison Place Apartments has been wonderful for the past 6 years The location is perfect you can walk to all the places you need and theres no need to drive or own a car The buildings have been kept in good condition compared to other older apartments and recent renovations look very modern and attractive The landlords are excellent they handle issues fairly and professionally maintain the property well and adhere strictly to the Residential Tenancy Act Im grateful for everything Pacific Cove Properties does here especially their management team who have always gone out of their way for us tenants more ... hide ...

The Station Apartments has an incredibly polite and informative staff that makes you feel like part of the family I thoroughly enjoyed my experience not feeling that I was there just to rent an apartment but rather to join a growing community The buildings are kept spotless and there is always someone doing maintenance work both inside and outside of the bui 2022-10-08T16:32:17Z
The Station Apartments has an incredibly polite and informative staff that makes you feel like part of the family I thoroughly enjoyed my experience not feeling that I was there just to rent an apartment but rather to join a growing community The buildings are kept spotless and there is always someone doing maintenance work both inside and outside of the building The residents were also very welcoming which made it a great experience all around I would highly recommend this place for anyone searching for a wonderful place live and I hope to be living at The Station Apartments one day soon more ... hide ...

At first our relationship with the landlord Linda was great however as we neared the end of our lease all of that changed We had left a few small items behind but Linda said we left the house in a terrible state when it was actually cleaned Weeks later we were still waiting for our damage deposit and when we called back to inquire about it Linda told us she 2022-10-23T13:02:20Z
At first our relationship with the landlord Linda was great however as we neared the end of our lease all of that changed We had left a few small items behind but Linda said we left the house in a terrible state when it was actually cleaned Weeks later we were still waiting for our damage deposit and when we called back to inquire about it Linda told us she had forgotten to mention that she still held onto it I believe this was an attempt to keep it since I am younger and this was our first rental experience The apartments werent even well taken care of walls were peeling from moisture in the bathrooms windows would freeze shut during winter months no air vents or fans in bathroomevery time wed shower yellow stains would accumulate making it disgusting I advise against renting through this company as they are slum lords and don't uphold cleanliness standards for their tenants more ... hide ...

Im extremely let down I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard The walls are not finished th 2022-10-23T13:32:17Z
Im extremely let down I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard The walls are not finished they are still dusty and do not look like they were properly painted The twobedroom units especially feel cramped and uncomfortable despite having potential for being spacious Despite all of this the staff in the building are kind and helpful plus there is easy access to amenities with great views nearby hence why it has been given 2 stars instead of 0 stars I am utterly disheartened as I should have been living in bliss but instead find myself stuck in distressful conditions due to lack of impact absorbing layer between concrete flooring like most other concrete buildings have more ... hide ...
