My experience as a tenant at Garrison Place Apartments has been wonderful for the past 6 years. The location is perfect - you can walk to all the places you need, and there's no need to drive or own a car. The buildings have been kept in good condition compared to other older apartments, and recent renovations look very modern and attractive. The landlords are excellent; they handle issues fairly and professionally, maintain the property well and adhere strictly to the Residential Tenancy Act. I'm grateful for everything Pacific Cove Properties does here, especially their management team who have always gone out of their way for us tenants.
