I would not recommend renting from this contractor owned building Our experience was horrible from the moment we signed our lease The unit parking lots property managers leasing agent and Onni were all problems Construction on the property is unsafe and there is no maintenance in winter months which has resulted in several people getting injured due to inadequate snow removalicing none was done Amenities that were promised are not available and construction noise inside the unit is unbearable each day Its impossible to contact the property managers when issues arise as many residents have had to go through RTB arbitration to win their cases against these crooks There have also been reports of bed bug infestations but they deny it being possible in a new building so who knows if they are taking care of it I strongly advise against renting here more ... hide ...

My girlfriend and I lived in this apartment complex from July 2021 to September 2022 We paid 2194 for a twobedroom unit plus an additional 300 monthly for parking and electricity Their billing system was chaotic as we didnt receive our first electric bill until October and it was for a period of July 126 Furthermore they would sometimes charge us for three months at a time or even just one month but the bills would always be two to four months late Homeless people were taking shelter in the stairwells due to lack of security on site which also meant that packages were often stolen from the mailroom On top of this people living above us habitually threw garbage onto our balcony ranging from fast food bags to cigarette butts that our puppy picked up we received only one email during our entire stay reminding residents not to smoke on their balconies otherwise management ignored all complaints Alicias attitude towards us was dismissive and snappy when responding via email as she seemed nice in person she is unreachable over weekends with her phone number redirecting calls to Greystone management who are useless when we booked an elevator for moveout day it wasnt on main floor with no indication that it had been reserved although four separate Greystone employees said theyd send someone over nobody ever came so movers charged us an extra 400 furthermore between the two of us we spent 10 hours cleaning apartment yet upon walkthrough Alicia increased painting cost from 100 to more ... hide ...
