I give this star to the concierge couple who provided incredible service despite the horrendous management I wish there was a zerostar option though Prior to moving in everything seemed alright with understanding the project and signing the lease However once I moved in it was a living nightmare manager impossible to get in touch with and not very personable constant change of managers every few weeksmonths terrible soundproofing neighbors banging on wall at 8pm due to noise from TV expensive prices for half of services offered pool thats basically a wading pool lack of parking space for tenants but allowed to park on street resulting in ten parking tickets during winter ongoing garage door problems basically stay away It took more than two months after lease ended to reclaim deposit given at signature only after insisted otherwise I would have never gotten it back more ... hide ...
