    Moving into the building was not an enjoyable experience, though this might have changed since I moved in (mid-pandemic). The appliances could have been better chosen and problems arose only a year into tenancy. There were times when it felt like the owner was favoring some tenants over others with regards to rules. On a positive note, management was quite cooperative, the neighborhood is quiet, common areas are nice and clean, it is pet/kid friendly and has a great walk score to Royal Roads, Thrifty Foods and Colwood Corners developments.
